Recording and Content Usage Terms

Recordings, source code, notes, projects, assignments, presentations, documents and other training materials are provided only for your individual learning and revision as an enrolled participant.
Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You do not receive ownership or copyright in any recording or training material.
Strictly prohibited activities
- Do not share your portal account, sign-in access, recording link, authentication token or LinkedIn-connected account access with anyone.
- Do not download, copy, screen-record, photograph, extract audio from, duplicate or create any unauthorized copy of recordings or protected material.
- Do not share recordings or material on WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, GitHub, social media, file-sharing services or any public/private channel.
- Do not upload, publish, stream, sell, rent, exchange, distribute or commercially exploit the content.
- Do not use the content to conduct your own paid or unpaid course, batch, workshop, mentoring program, presentation or corporate training.
- Do not remove, hide, crop, blur, modify or bypass any watermark, participant identifier, access restriction or security mechanism.
- Do not try to inspect, bypass or reverse-engineer portal security, streaming restrictions, device restrictions or monitoring mechanisms.
Recording availability
Recordings may be provided at the trainer's discretion for revision or missed sessions. Providing one or more recordings does not create an obligation to provide all previous, current or future recordings.
Monitoring and audit records
The portal may maintain records including your authenticated account, name, email, LinkedIn identifier, policy version, acceptance date/time, IP address, browser/device information, access history and security events to prevent unauthorized sharing and protect training content.
Consequences of violation
If unauthorized access, copying, screen-recording, distribution, uploading, credential sharing or other misuse is suspected or established, portal access may be suspended or terminated. Relevant records may be preserved and appropriate legal remedies may be pursued under applicable law.
Declaration
By accepting below, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and agree not to share, copy, record, upload, distribute, sell or misuse the recordings or training materials.
